Yin and Yang.

Beautifully situated at a lake, in the Lugo region of Galicia, surrounded by ancient fairy-tale alike forest with watermills and little hamlets with old Celtic churches. Galicia is known for the Camino de Santiago and there are numerous beautiful hikes through the forest, along little rivers and around lakes.

Our accommodation is situated at one of those lakes, and in spring time we will be able to swim there as well !

If you are looking for a place, in nature and stillness, away from everyday life, a place to really feel connected with the earth - this is the place to be. Yin yoga will balance you and the hikes in this beautiful area will be rejuvenating.

This authentic farm-house atmosphere with 6 rooms (a maximum of 7 guests can be hosted) is reachable from the airport Santiago de Compostela by rental car (about 95 minutes drive or by public transport to Monforte de Lemos from where you can take a taxi to the accomodation (20 minutes). Of course transfers can be arranged as well.

There is no yoga-shala but a lot of different spaces to practice yoga are available inside and outside.

Saturday : Arrival

Sunday : Energizing Yin Yoga - Free time - Relaxing Yin Yoga.

Monday : Silent walk - Free time - Acu Yin yoga.

Tuesday : Long Hike (with professional Guide) - Guided meditation/Relaxing Yin.

Wednesday : Energizing Yin Yoga - Free time - Relaxing Yin Yoga.

Thursday : Silent walk - Free time - Myo Yin yoga.

Friday : Long Hike (with professional Guide) - Closing meditation/Relaxing Yin.

Saturday : Departure.

During free time you can go for hikes, visit Ourense or maybe hike a part of the famous Camino de Santiago.

Included :

* 7 Nights full boarding in single use or shared room with bathroom.

* Three healthy vegetarian meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch (depending on the program this might be a picnic box) and Dinner.

* 4 hikes, some with a professional local guide.

* 8 yoga classes.

- If you plan on doing some sightseeing, renting a car is recommended.

- Airport transfer from Santiago airport can be arranged at an extra price but I can also get you in touch with other participants so maybe you can share a rental car or travel by public transport to Casa da Cabaza together.

- Any dietary wishes can be communicated with me.

Price 990 € p.p, if available you can opt in for a private room (1150€).

The minimum amount of participants for this retreat to take place is 5.

The maximum amount of participants is 9.
